Can you provide free samples?

For regular stock items, we can provide free samples, but international shipping costs must be borne by the customer. For high-value or customized products, a sample fee may apply, which will be refundable upon placement of a formal order.

Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?

Yes, we accept both OEM and ODM orders. Our professional technical team can develop and manufacture products based on your drawings or samples. Customization includes product specifications, logo printing, packaging design, etc. MOQ depends on customization requirements. Please contact our sales team for details.

What payment methods do you accept? What are your payment terms?

T/T、L/C、PayPal (for small sample orders);Our standard payment terms are: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, and 70% balance payment before shipment. For long-term partners or large-volume orders, payment terms can be negotiated. Sample orders typically require 100% upfront payment.

How do I handle quality issues during the warranty period?

If a quality issue occurs within the warranty period, please follow these steps:
1.Stop using the product immediately and take photos/videos of the issue;
2. Contact our after-sales team with your order number, batch number, and evidence;
3.Our technical team will evaluate within 24 hours;
4.Upon confirmation of a quality issue, we will arrange free replacement or repair;

Do you provide technical support and training?

Yes, we provide comprehensive technical support for all customers. For laboratory equipment and medical devices, we offer operation training videos, English/Chinese instruction manuals, and remote guidance via video call. For large-scale projects, on-site technical guidance can be arranged (costs to be negotiated).

What shipping options are available?

We offer flexible shipping options to meet different needs, including sea freight, air freight, international express, and rail freight.
